What Makes EKOBO
BIOBU® Eco-Composite
The market has recently seen an influx of bamboo fibre products from various brands, with varying degrees of quality. While some brands lack knowledge or experience, or cut corners in the manufacturing process, bamboo fibre remains a safe alternative to traditional materials. EKOBO maintains a commitment to producing safe, premium bamboo fibre goods, ensuring quality through a partnership with a socially responsible, BSCI-compliant factory, without compromising on safety or quality standards.
Bio-Degradeable As It Gets
While our products aren’t fully biodegradable, 50% bamboo content decomposes in 2-3 years; the rest takes longer. Products, unless repurposed, should be trashed for decomposition. Our items, made from 50% responsibly sourced bamboo waste from local certified factories, involve eco-conscious production practices, using minimal water and energy, with a focus on the product's entire lifecycle. Crafted through thermopression, hand-finished, and bound with durable, reusable, and safe A5 resin, they offer a sustainable alternative to conventional plastics and disposables.
I purchased a BBQ dish set for outdoor dining, but these dishes are so good looking we use them everyday. 5/5 Barbara A.
Love the product, the eco friendliness is a must, and the colors the design are a huge plus. Bought for kids but I love them too.5/5 Patricia L.
I looked at a lot of cheaper options - but once I got my hands on these realized they were well worth the investment and will last a long time. 5/5 John P.
